Returns
All sales are FINAL on all limited edition product and sale items. For all non-sale items, returns must be made within 14 days of arrival accompanied by the original packing slip in new/unworn condition with tags.

VIGILANTE will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and valid Return Authorization Number. Please include your order number along with a brief description of your issue. Return shipping is non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, you have to return the item and make a new purchase online. VIGILANTE will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and valid Return Authorization Number. Please include your order number along with a brief description of your issue.
VIGILANTE does not offer store credit for any reason, including for returns or exchanges.
